How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the following Monday.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the option to “View Your Order.” When your order ships, you’ll get another email with tracking details.
What is your return policy?
You can return new, unused footwear within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping fees). Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Sale items are final sale.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Report damaged or defective footwear within 7 days by emailing info@shopsimpsons.com with photos. We’ll assist with a return, replacement, or manufacturer contact.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Due to fast processing, we cannot cancel or edit orders once they are shipped or assigned a tracking number.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Ensure your address is correct at checkout. If the order is flagged as “unverified” or returned, we will attempt to contact you. Unverified orders may be canceled if not corrected within three days.
