Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the following Monday.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the option to “View Your Order.” When your order ships, you’ll get another email with tracking details.
You can return new, unused outdoor accessories within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping fees). Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Sale items are final sale.
Report damaged or defective outdoor accessories within 7 days by emailing support@shopsimpsons.com with photos. We’ll assist with a return, replacement, or manufacturer contact.
Due to fast processing, we cannot cancel or edit orders for kids footwear once they are shipped or assigned a tracking number.
