“REFUND YOUR CART” BLACK FRIDAY PROMOTION

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

By participating in the Simpson Outfitters & Simpson Outdoors “Refund Your Cart” Black Friday Promotion (the “Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Simpson Hardware & Sporting Goods, Inc., which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

1. SPONSOR
The Promotion is sponsored by Simpson Hardware & Sporting Goods, Inc. d/b/a Simpson Outfitters and Simpson Outdoors (the “Sponsor”), with primary business operations in South Carolina, USA.

“Simpson Outfitters” includes its website ShopSimpsons.com.
“Simpson Outdoors” includes its website HuntSimpsons.com.

Each site may be referred to individually as a “Site” and collectively as the “Sites.”

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

The following are not eligible to participate or win:

– Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies; and
– The immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household as any of the above.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 27, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 28, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. Online orders must be completed and time-stamped by Sponsor’s systems during the Promotion Period to qualify.

4. HOW TO ENTER

You may enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period in either of the following ways:

A. Purchase Entry – Every Dollar Spent = One Entry

During the Promotion Period, visit either:

– ShopSimpsons.com (Simpson Outfitters), or
– HuntSimpsons.com (Simpson Outdoors),

and place an eligible online order (a “Qualifying Purchase”).

For each Qualifying Purchase placed during the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 (U.S.) of product subtotal on the order, calculated after discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping/handling.

Example: A Qualifying Purchase with an $87.49 product subtotal (after discounts, before tax and shipping) earns 87 entries. Any fractional dollars will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar for purposes of entry calculation.

Orders that are cancelled, fully refunded, or fraudulent or otherwise deemed ineligible in Sponsor’s sole discretion will not be considered Qualifying Purchases and will not generate entries, and any such entries may be voided.

Sponsor may, but is not required to, exclude certain categories of products from qualifying; any such exclusions will be disclosed in promotional materials if applicable.

B. No Purchase Necessary – Mail-In Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a plain 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Each properly completed and mailed 3" x 5" card received will count as five (5) entries into the Promotion. Limit one (1) entry per envelope.

Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor or postmarked no later than November 28, 2025, to be eligible. No photocopied, mechanically reproduced, mass-mailed, or stamped-in-bulk entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or postage-due mail.

C. Entry Limits

There is no fixed numerical limit on the number of entries per person during the Promotion Period; however, each entry must be submitted in good faith, and all entries must comply with these Official Rules. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, automated, or other similar means are void.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. PRIZES

A total of one (1) winner (the “Winner”) will be selected from all eligible entries received.

A. Prize – Refund Your Cart (Purchase Winner)

If the winning entry is a purchase entry, the Winner will receive a refund of the product subtotal of the winning Qualifying Purchase, up to a maximum of $500 (U.S.) (the “Prize”).

“Product subtotal” means the total price of products in the order after promotional discounts and before taxes and shipping/handling.

Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, issue the refund to the original method of payment or provide a Simpson Outfitters / Simpson Outdoors gift card or store credit for an equivalent amount. Unless otherwise stated, the refund excludes shipping and handling charges. Sponsor may, in its discretion, include or exclude applicable sales tax in the refunded amount.

Only the specific order associated with the winning purchase entry is eligible for the refund.

B. Prize – Mail-In Entry Winner

If the winning entry is a mail-in (AMOE) entry, the Winner will receive a Simpson Outfitters / Simpson Outdoors gift card in the amount of $25 (U.S.).

No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value for any reason.

The Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not specifically listed herein that are associated with acceptance and use of the Prize.

6.WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

On or about December 1, 2025, Sponsor will select the potential Winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion and selection of the Winner are final and binding in all respects.

7.WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information associated with the selected entry.

The potential Winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within five (5) business days of the date of initial notification.

If the potential Winner does not respond within the specified time period, fails to return any required documentation within the specified time, is found to be ineligible, or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected from among remaining eligible entries.

For purchase entries, Sponsor may verify that the underlying Qualifying Purchase was completed during the Promotion Period and that the order has not been returned, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise invalidated before prize fulfillment. If the underlying Qualifying Purchase is returned, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated before prize fulfillment, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the corresponding entry and select an alternate Winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or operation of the Promotion or acts in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and any other remedies from such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims or causes of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or stolen entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; printing, typographical, or other errors; or any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

In no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering the Promotion).

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion and/or acceptance of a Prize constitutes the Winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of the Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, and city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policies, including those applicable to the Sites:

By participating, you consent to Sponsor’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the applicable privacy policy and as necessary for the administration of the Promotion.

12. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating you agree that:

(1) Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;
(2) Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and
(3) Under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages, including multiplied or otherwise increased damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of South Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party payment processor, social media platform, or other third-party service used to promote or facilitate entries.
