How long does it take to process my order?

Outdoor Appliance orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the following Monday. Some outdoor appliances are designated in-store pickup only

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the option to “View Your Order.” When your order ships, you’ll get another email with tracking details.

What is your return policy?

You can return new, unused outdoor appliances within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping fees). Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Sale items are final sale. The same applies to in-store pick up appliance orders.

How do I initiate a return?

Start your return through Returns Portal before using the provided return label. Unauthorized returns for outdoor appliances will not be processed. Mail-in returns will incur a $7.99 fee. Oversized items may incur additional fees.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Report damaged or defective footwear within 7 days by emailing info@shopsimpsons.com with photos. We’ll assist with a return, replacement, or manufacturer contact.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Due to fast processing, we cannot cancel or edit orders for outdoor appliances once they are shipped or assigned a tracking number.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Ensure your address is correct at checkout. If the order for shoes for women is flagged as “unverified” or returned, we will attempt to contact you. Unverified orders may be canceled if not corrected within three days.
