How long does it take to process my order?

Orders for women’s apparel are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the following Monday.

How can I track my order?

Once your order for women’s apparel is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the option to “View Your Order.” When your order ships, you’ll get another email with tracking details.

What is your return policy?

You can return new, unused women’s outerwear within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping fees). Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Sale items are final sale.

How do I initiate a return?

Start your return through our Returns Portal before using a return label. Unauthorized returns for women’s outerwear will not be processed. Mail-in returns will incur a $7.99 fee. Oversized items may have additional fees.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges for outerwear for women can be made in-store. If you can’t visit, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Report damaged or defective women’s outerwear within 7 days by emailing info@shopsimpsons.com with photos. We’ll assist with a return, replacement, or manufacturer contact.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Due to fast processing, we cannot cancel or edit orders for women’s outerwear once they are shipped or assigned a tracking number.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Ensure your address is correct at checkout. If the order for outerwear for women is flagged as “unverified” or returned, we will attempt to contact you. Unverified orders may be canceled if not corrected within three days.
