How Long Does Order Processing Take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
How Can I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation with order details and the option “View Your Order.” Once your order ships, you’ll receive another e-mail with tracking information. Be sure to check your spam folder and add Simpson Outfitters to your safe list.

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only from our flagship storefront in Sumter, South Carolina.

UPS/USPS Ground Standard Shipping ($7.95 Flat Rate): Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 days of shipment.

UPS 3 Day Select: Orders processed within 1-2 days typically arrive within 3 business days.

UPS Next Day Air Overnight: Orders placed before 12 PM EST Monday-Thursday ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST Monday-Thursday will ship the following business day. Overnight orders placed between 12 PM Thursday and 12 PM Friday will not arrive until Monday. Orders placed after 12 PM Friday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Overnight delivery is unavailable for PO Boxes, Sundays, and holidays.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, don't hesitate to contact the carrier directly before reaching out to Simpson Outfitters. Allow 1–4 business days for tracking to update. In rare cases, tracking may not update, but you should still receive your order.
If your tracking information confirms that the item was delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received it, please get in touch with the carrier directly to investigate. Simpson Outfitters cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered according to the carrier’s tracking information.

USPS & UPS Guarantees
Simpson Outfitters is not responsible for missed delivery windows, as processing can take 1–3 business days. If the carrier does not meet its delivery guarantee, please get in touch with them directly. We do not offer refunds for additional shipping charges related to missed delivery guarantees.
Order Cancellations
To ensure fast shipping, we cannot cancel or edit orders once they are shipped or have been assigned a tracking number.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. Simpson Outfitters is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes. If the address is flagged as “unverified” or the package is returned, we will attempt to contact you. Your order will be held for up to three days to verify the correct address. If we cannot verify the address within this time, the order will be canceled.
