Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Loyalty Program (the “Program”) operated by Simpson Plaza Hardware Inc. and its subsidiaries, Simpson Outfitters and Simpson Outdoors (collectively, "Simpson," "we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling, earning Points, redeeming Rewards, or otherwise using any Program benefit, you (the “Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.


## 1. Eligibility & Enrollment

  1. Who May Join. The Program is open to natural persons at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States or its territories. Business entities, clubs, organizations, or groups are not eligible.

  2. One Account per Person. You may maintain one (1) Loyalty Account per email address across all Simpson brands. Duplicate, fictitious, or fraudulent accounts may be merged or closed at our sole discretion.

  3. How to Enroll. Create a customer account on ShopSimpsons.com or HuntSimpsons.com, or enroll in‑store at any participating Simpson Hardware & Sporting Goods location. Enrollment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  4. Accurate Information. You must provide—and keep—valid, accurate, and current personal information. We reserve the right to request verification at any time.


## 2. Earning Points ### 2.1 Purchase Points (Earn Rate Ladder)

Qualifying spend excludes taxes, shipping, gift cards, firearms, regulated ammunition, hazmat items, services, and other exclusions listed in FAQ.

2.3 Posting of Points. Points generally post to your account within 48 hours of the qualifying action—delivery, review approval, or account event—but posting may be delayed during high‑volume periods or system maintenance.

2.4 Returns & Adjustments. If you return, cancel, or receive a refund for a purchase, Points earned on that transaction will be deducted. If your Points balance becomes negative, future earnings will first offset the deficit.

2.5 Fraud Review. Suspected fraudulent behavior—including self‑referrals, fake reviews, or social‑media manipulation—may result in Points forfeiture, reward reversal, or account termination.


## 3. Tiers & Benefits Your Tier is determined by the Points Balance shown in your account. Tier status is evaluated nightly; when you cross a threshold you move up immediately and retain the new Tier for at least 12 months, subject to ongoing eligibility.

• Free Simpson‑Branded Gear (Limited Edition)
• 20 % Off 2 Orders/yr
• $30 Store Credit
• Private Double‑Points Events

## 4. Redeeming Rewards

  1. Point Conversion. 500 Points = $5.00 Reward Credit (“Reward Dollars”).

  2. Redemption Channels. Reward Dollars may be redeemed online at ShopSimpsons.com or HuntSimpsons.com, or in‑store at participating locations.

  3. Stacking. Reward Dollars may be combined with promo codes and sale prices unless an offer states otherwise.

  4. Expiration. Reward Dollars expire 12 months after issuance if unused. Points expire after 24 months of inactivity (no Points earned or redeemed).

  5. Non‑Transferable. Points and Rewards have no cash value, are non‑transferable, and may not be sold.

  6. No Cash Redemption Upon Termination. If the Program is terminated, any unredeemed Points or Reward Dollars will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for physical or digital cash or cash equivalents, except where prohibited by applicable law.


## 5. Communications & Privacy By participating, you consent to receive transactional email, SMS, and in‑app messages about your Points balance, Tier status, and Program updates. Marketing emails and SMS require your express opt‑in and can be managed via the preference center or by following unsubscribe instructions. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Simpson Privacy Policy.


## 6. Program Modifications & Termination Simpson may modify, restrict, suspend, extend, or terminate the Program—or any aspect of it—at any time. Material changes will be posted on our websites and will take effect 30 days after posting. Accrued Points or Rewards will not be forfeited solely because of a policy update; however, any termination of the entire Program may result in forfeiture after reasonable notice.


## 7. Account Suspension & Forfeiture We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, void Points, or rescind Rewards if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the Program. Decisions are final and at our sole discretion.


## 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simpson is not liable for (a) any indirect, special, or consequential damages; (b) loss or corruption of data; or (c) failure to credit Points due to system outages, force majeure, or third‑party acts. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Program shall not exceed the equivalent of 5 000 Points.


## 9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law rules. Any dispute relating to the Program shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sumter County, South Carolina. You waive any right to class‑action participation.


## 10. Miscellaneous

  • No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any disclaimers on Program materials, constitute the entire agreement between you and Simpson regarding the Program.
