Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the following Monday. For your convenience expedited shipping options are available.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the option to “View Your Order.” When your order ships, you’ll get another email with tracking details.
You can return new, unused merchandise within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping fees). Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Sale items are final sale.
Start your return through Returns Portal before using the provided return label. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Mail-in returns will incur a $7.99 fee. Oversized items may incur additional fees.
Report damaged or defective merchandise within 7 days by emailing info@shopsimpsons.com with photos. We’ll assist with a return, replacement, or manufacturer contact.
Due to fast processing, we cannot cancel or edit orders once they are shipped or assigned a tracking number.
Ensure your address is correct at checkout. If your order is flagged as “unverified” or returned, we will attempt to contact you. Unverified orders may be canceled if not corrected within three days.
