Home accessories and gift orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the following Monday.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the option to “View Your Order.” When your order ships, you’ll get another email with tracking details.
You can return new, unused apparel within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchangerefund or exchange (excluding shipping fees). Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Sale items are final sale.
Start your return through our Returns Portal before using a return label. Unauthorized returns for will not be processed. Mail-in returns will incur a $7.99 fee. Oversized items may have additional fees.
Exchanges for home accessories and gifts can be made in-store. If you can’t visit, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Report damaged or defective home accessories and gifts within 7 days by emailing support@shopsimpsons.com with photos. We’ll assist with a return, replacement, or manufacturer contact.
Due to fast processing, we cannot cancel or edit orders for home accessories and gifts once they are shipped or assigned a tracking number.
Ensure your address is correct at checkout. If the order for home accessories and gifts is flagged as “unverified” or returned, we will attempt to contact you. Unverified orders may be canceled if not corrected within three days.
