By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three main ways:

  1. Information you provide directly – including your name, billing/shipping address, telephone number, email address, payment card token, account credentials, demographic details, product reviews, contest entries, photos, and any information you volunteer during customer‑service interactions or surveys.

  2. Information collected automatically – such as IP address, browser type, device ID, operating system, referring/exit pages, click‑stream data, search terms, geolocation data, and how you interact with our pages, apps, emails, and advertisements (see Section 2 – Cookies & Tracking).

  3. Information from third parties – for example, updated delivery addresses from carriers, fraud‑screening results from payment processors, social‑media profile data (when you choose to log in with a platform), marketing list appends, and loyalty‑program enrichment partners.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described below or as required by law. Typical retention periods are listed in Section 11.

2. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We, and certain trusted partners, use cookies, web beacons, pixels, SDKs, tags, and local‑storage objects to:

  • keep you signed in and remember your cart;

  • analyze website traffic and campaign performance;

  • personalize content, ads, and product recommendations; and

  • recognize your browser across devices and third‑party sites.

You can manage cookie preferences in our Cookie Settings tool (linked in the footer) or through your browser. If you disable cookies, some features may not work. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required.

Third‑Party Cookies & Ads

These parties may collect information about your activities over time and across different sites. To opt out, use industry tools at optout.aboutads.info or platform‑specific settings.
