No. Outfitter Rewards is free to join. Sign in to your Simpson Outfitters account, open Rewards in the customer hub, and review and agree to the program terms to finish enrolling. Creating a shopping account alone does not complete your rewards enrollment.

After your rewards enrollment is confirmed and your welcome coupon is issued, open My Rewards in the hub. Select Apply to cart to use it, and check the coupon for its eligibility and expiration. One welcome reward is available per member; it is a 15% off coupon, not a points award.

The Rewards tab in your customer hub shows your points balance, ways to earn, available rewards, transaction history and VIP tier progress. My Rewards holds coupons you have already received. You can join and manage your rewards inside the hub.

No. Joining Outfitter Rewards does not subscribe you to marketing. Email and SMS are separate, optional choices in your hub profile. An eligible email signup earns 250 points, and an eligible SMS signup earns another 250 points after the required confirmation. You can manage your preferences in Account details.

Earn points on qualifying purchases, complete your Outfitters profile, write eligible product reviews, follow our social accounts, refer friends and reach order milestones. Explore the earning cards on this page and Ways to Earn in the hub for current opportunities, eligibility and completion status. Your purchase earning rate and celebration rewards depend on your VIP tier.

Purchase points have a five-day pending period. Other rewards may require a completed action, confirmed signup or verification before points are awarded. Check your rewards transaction history and the earning rule in the hub. If a completed, eligible action is still missing, contact our team with the action or order details.

Open Rewards in the hub, choose an available reward and review its points cost and terms before redeeming. Once the reward is issued, find it in My Rewards and select Apply to cart when available. Check that the discount appears on your eligible items before completing checkout.

Dollar-off rewards can be used on sale items. Percentage-off rewards, including the welcome coupon, apply only to eligible full-price sizes and colors. If one color or size is on sale, an eligible full-price variant of the same product can still qualify. Review the terms on your issued reward for any other conditions.

Merchandise reward coupons cannot be combined with other merchandise coupons. Eligible VIP free standard shipping can be combined with one valid reward or promotional coupon that permits shipping combinations. Shipping minimums apply after discounts. Check the terms of your reward or promotion.

Points-redemption coupon rewards expire 180 days after you redeem your points. Check My Rewards for the exact expiration of each issued coupon, including your welcome reward. Gift-card rewards have a 365-day deadline to claim the gift card at checkout; that deadline applies to the claim coupon, not the issued gift-card balance.

No. Outfitter Rewards points and reward coupons earned online are for online redemption at shopsimpsons.com only. They cannot be redeemed at our physical storefronts at this time. Outfitter Rewards coupons and promotions are also not valid in our physical locations.

VIP qualification is based on eligible spending during your 12-month qualifying period, rather than lifetime spending. The tiers are Member, Insider, Select, Signature and Outfitter. See the chart for spending thresholds and tier benefits, and check the hub for your personal progress and renewal information. Your tier can change at renewal based on qualifying spend.

An eligible store review can earn $5 in Shopify Store Credit, whether or not you are an Outfitter Rewards member. The limit is one reward every 365 days after your last rewarded review, not a January 1 reset. All ratings receive the same reward. Store credit is separate from loyalty points; product-review points are a different earning opportunity.

When a refund is processed, points earned on the refunded purchase are deducted. A full refund removes the points earned on that order; a partial refund removes the points associated with the refunded portion. If you have already used the points and your current balance is too low, the deduction can leave a negative points balance. The deduction is based on the points earned on the refunded amount, not the dollar value of the purchase. For example, if an order earned 100 points and your balance is 20 points when the full refund is processed, your balance becomes −80 points.
