Outdoor Apparel orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the following Monday.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the option to “View Your Order.” When your order ships, you’ll get another email with tracking details.

You can return new, unused outdoor apparel within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping fees). Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Sale items are final sale.

Start your return through Returns Portal before using the provided return label. Unauthorized returns for footwear will not be processed. Mail-in returns will incur a $7.99 fee. Oversized items may incur additional fees.

Due to fast processing, we cannot cancel or edit orders for outdoor apparel once they are shipped or assigned a tracking number.
