Customer Data Deletion

You can request deletion of personal information held by Simpson Outfitters, including information received when you sign in with Facebook.

How to submit a request

Contact us through our Contact Us page and include:

• Your name.
• The email address associated with your Simpson Outfitters account.
• A statement that you wish to request the deletion of your personal information.

Please do not send passwords or payment information. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

What happens next

We will review your request and arrange the deletion of eligible personal information from our systems and relevant service providers. Some records may be retained where required by law, including records needed for tax, accounting, or legal obligations.

Deleting information held by Simpson Outfitters does not delete your Facebook account.
